Well, it depends on where you are and the local laws. A gun license in the UK is different from a gun license in Texas.
Doing a little digging, guns and ammo get loaded is a retail shop in California USA. My guess is that it will be no big deal, the liberal courts dont prosecute and unlike Texas the owner cant shoot you for steeling his property.
